Enggano is a sub-district which is located under the territory of the North Bengkulu Regency government. Enggano is an island that has the beauty of the sea on every side. Enggano is often called a piece of heaven with abundant marine products.
Enggano is rich with their marine tourism. However, to be able to reach Enggano, it takes a journey of approximately 12 hours and departs from the Baai Harbor which is in the province region.

3. Bukit Kaba

If one of your goals for visiting Indonesia is to find mountains to climb, you need to consider this one! Indonesia has many mountains that are often climbed by people even from various countries. However, the mountains are mostly located on the island of Java, or other islands in eastern Indonesia. Therefore, maybe you are not familiar with the name of Bukit Kaba, which located also in Rejang Lebong Regency.
According to rejanglebongkab.go.id, this area used to be an Important Bird Area (IBA) and was become a nature reserve for several Sumatran flora, one of which is the rafflesia flower. However, over the time, the condition of this tourist area is not sufficient enough as it should be.
Bukit Kaba has an altitude of 1938 meters above sea level with exotic views. At the top of this mountain there are two craters, each of which is green and brownish white. There are two paths that can be taken to reach the top of the Kaba. Some of these routes offer views of dense forest complete with shrubs and ravines on each side, while other routes have been modified by the local government to make them more suitable for climbers. The travel time from the climbing post to the top is only about 2-3 hours walks.
This mountain is popular and always crowded with domestic tourists who like trekking or mountain climbing. If you are lucky enough, along the way to the top of this mountain is the habitat of a group of gibbons that live freely in the forest that occasionally appear. This mountain area is also suitable as a place for those of you who like camping. You will clearly see the light of thousands of fields in the middle of the dark night sky from the top of this mountain.
